St. Ann's Warehouse is an adaptable 14,000 square foot former spice-milling factory located on the Brooklyn Waterfront at 38 Water Street in DUMBO, Brooklyn. Since doors opened in 2001, more than 50,000 people have attended performances and events at the Warehouse. With a dramatic view of lower Manhattan and a spacious, welcoming lobby with RICE BAR, the Warehouse is equally appropriate for intimate theatrical productions, community events, extravagant gala dinners, and major concert presentations. World-class artists such as LAURIE ANDERSON, BILL FRISELL, THE WOOSTER GROUP, AL PACINO, JOE STRUMMER, LUCINDA WILLIAMS, DAVID BOWIE, ABSOLUTE ENSEMBLE, JEFF TWEEDY and JIM O'ROURKE have helped to establish St. Ann's Warehouse as one of New York's premier performance spaces.

All public access is into the Lobby, a generous space (40' wide x 64' deep) sufficient to accommodate up to 400 people, featuring RICE BAR for food and beverage service, suitable for small parties and special events.
Adjacent to the lobby is a second support/rehearsal space, known as the Lounge (40' wide x 26' deep). Used together, Lounge and Lobby spaces may accommodate up to 550 people.
The Theater includes a Technical Booth and fixed Seating Riser for 308 at rear; the remaining theater floor space (40' wide x 80' deep) may be configured in many ways depending on use and audience capacity: click THEATER SET-UPS. Our modular, multi-level Nivoflex Stage (max. 33'w x 25'd x 39"h) can be adjusted according to performance needs.
The large, flexible Green Room/Rehearsal Space (30' wide x 48' deep) can also be used for various backstage functions including shop construction and catering support, and partitioned for additional dressing room space. It can also be widened to 30' x 68' depending on room use.
A sub-dividable Dressing Room (15' wide x 25' deep) features a unisex restroom and changing area.
