1. Where is DUMBO?
Perhaps the city’s most enchanting new neighborhood, DUMBO describes the area "Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass." St. Ann’s Warehouse is located at 38 Water Street between the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges at the corner of Dock Street, across from the entrance to Fulton Ferry State Park. Click About DUMBO

2. Is there parking in DUMBO?
On-street parking is an option if you have plenty of time. There are several garages in the area that offer discounts to St. Ann's Warehouse patrons with validated parking slips. (Get yours stamped at the specially marked table in the lobby before or after the show.) Click PARKING/CAR SERVICES

3. Is there any place to eat in DUMBO?
There are many restaurants and bars in the area offering a variety of fare in a broad price range. Click RESTAURANTS & BARS. Our personal favorite is RICE BAR, which operates the concession in the spacious St. Ann's Warehouse lobby, pre-and post-show. For more delicious details, click RICE BAR

4. How do I buy tickets?
Tickets to performances are available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, or call the Box Office at 718.254.8779. Click BUY TICKETS

5. Is St. Ann's Warehouse handicapped/wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Please inform the Box Office of your special needs and we will accommodate you.

6. Do you offer student or senior discounts?

7. Can I volunteer as an usher?
The house staff often uses volunteer ushers and will welcome your inquiry. Click work with us

8. Can I rent St. Ann’s Warehouse for a special event or presentation?
Yes. Since opening the doors in 2001, more than 100 organizations have used St. Ann's Warehouse for various purposes. The spacious and flexible space is in great demand for film shoots, community meetings, design expositions, gala dinners and more. For rental information, tech specs and theater set-ups, including downloadable sample floor plans, click FACILITIES. 9. How many seats does the Warehouse have?
One of the most appealing aspects of St. Ann's Warehouse as a performance space is its flexibility. Capacity may be arranged to accommodate up to 1,200 people. Click THEATER SET-UPS

10. May I submit a proposal for consideration by the St. Ann's Warehouse artistic staff?
No. St. Ann’s Warehouse has a small and very busy staff; therefore, we do not respond to unsolicited materials and accept no responsibility for their return.

11. How do I get on your e-mail list?

13. How long have you been at St. Ann's Warehouse?>
St. Ann's left the National Landmark Church of St. Ann and the Holy Trinity on Montague Street in Brooklyn Heights in August 2000. A former spice milling factory was donated by Two Trees Management through the generosity of David, Jane and Jed Walentas, and St. Ann's Warehouse opened its doors in October 2001. St. Ann's Warehouse has since proven to be the lynchpin in establishing DUMBO as a vital cultural destination. Click HISTORY
